On Monday November 1, 2010, Ambient DJ Service will conduct a drawing from registered contestants for FREE WEDDING DJ ENTERTAINMENT at their reception. Specifically, the winner will receive our AMBIENCE PACKAGE at no charge. The Ambience Package includes:
* one combination DJ/MC for up to five hours of performance;
* separate sound system for cocktail hour (if applicable);
* in-person planning meeting;
* unlimited phone and e-mail consultations;
* dance floor lighting effects.
Any optional extras such as video slideshows, intelligent lighting, ambient uplighting, custom monogramming, and/or additional personnel are NOT included in the Ambience Package, but can be added by the winner at our customary rates.
RULES AND CONTEST DETAILS
1) To be eligible, wedding reception location must be within a 90 minutes driving distance from Princeton, NJ. In other words, engaged couples in New Jersey, and Philadelphia and its suburbs should be eligible based on the 90 minute driving criterion. To check the driving distance, you can visit Google Maps and enter Zip Code 08540 (Princeton) and your reception location's Zip Code.
2) Winner must redeem their free wedding DJ service, by December 31, 2013.
3) One entry per person. (Bride and groom may however enter separately)
4) Free Wedding DJ Service is NOT transferable to family, friends or third parties.
5) If the winner is an individual who is already contracted with Ambient DJ Service for their wedding occurring after November 1, 2010, then said winner will be issued a credit equivalent to the value of the Ambience Package.
6) Deadline for contest entry is Sunday October 31, 2010 at 11:59 PM.
7) Drawing will be held on Monday, November 1, 2010.
8) Winner will notified immediately thereafter, and has one week to claim prize. If winner cannot be located, then a new winning name will be drawn.
9) Employees/Subcontractors of Ambient DJ Service and their immediate families are ineligible for the contest.
